Overview

## Welcome to Prism Market

Prism Market is the decentralized prediction layer for Hedera.

It allows anyone to trade on the outcome of future events from crypto prices and economic indicators to sports and elections in a fully permissionless, non-custodial environment.

#### Why Trade on Prism?

We built Prism to solve the liquidity and speed issues that hold back other prediction markets.

* No Algorithms, Just Markets: We don't use bonding curves. Prism runs on a Central Limit Order Book (CLOB), meaning you trade directly against other people. You set your own odds and enter at the price you want.
* Institutional Speed: Built on Hedera, trades are matched instantly. You get the snappy experience of a centralized exchange with the full security of a decentralized protocol.
* Earn $PRSM Rewards: Users who place limit orders are eligible for Limit Order Mining incentives. By providing market depth and tight spreads, you can earn $PRSM tokens for your contribution to the protocol's liquidity.
* Zero Trading Fees: We believe trading should be frictionless. Prism charges 0% fees on trading volume, allowing you to enter, exit, and rebalance your positions freely.
* USDC Standard: All markets are settled in USDC.

# Getting Started

Welcome to Prism Market! To start trading on the ecosystem's prediction layer, you will need a Hedera-compatible wallet and USDC. Follow this simple guide to get set up.

### 1. Create a Hedera Wallet

Before connecting to Prism, you need a non-custodial wallet to store your assets. We recommend HashPack for the native experience or MetaMask for users familiar with EVM tools.

#### Option A: HashPack (Recommended)

HashPack is the leading wallet on the Hedera network and offers the most seamless experience for HTS tokens.

* Desktop: Install the HashPack extension from the Chrome Web Store.
* iOS: Download HashPack from the Apple App Store.
* Android: Find HashPack on the Google Play Store.

> For detailed instructions, visit [How to Create Your First Account with HashPack](https://www.hashpack.app/).

#### Option B: MetaMask

MetaMask is the most widely-used wallet, allowing users to store HTS tokens on the Hedera network alongside their Ethereum assets.

* Desktop: Install the extension directly from [metamask.io](https://metamask.io/).
* iOS: Download MetaMask from the Apple App Store.
* Android: Find MetaMask on the Google Play Store.

⚙️ Configuring MetaMask (RPC)

When first connecting your MetaMask account to Hedera, you must add a JSON-RPC relay. You can do this automatically via ChainList (search for "Hedera Mainnet") or manually input the following:

* Network Name: `Hedera Mainnet`
* RPC URL: `https://mainnet.hashio.io/api`
* Chain ID: `295`
* Currency Symbol: `HBAR`
* Block Explorer URL: `https://hashscan.io/mainnet/dashboard`

***

### 2. Connect Your Wallet

Prism Market supports WalletConnect, allowing you to use your preferred mobile or browser wallet securely.

1. Click Connect: Hit the "Connect Wallet" button in the top right corner of the Prism Market interface.
2. Select WalletConnect: Choose WalletConnect from the options list.

### 3. Get USDC (Hedera Native)

All markets on Prism are denominated in USDC. You will need Hedera Native USDC to place trades.

⚠️ Important: Token Details

Ensure you are receiving the correct Hedera Native token. If you are using MetaMask, you may need the EVM Address to view your balance.

| **Identifier** | **Value**                                    |
| -------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| Token Name     | USD Coin                                     |
| Symbol         | USDC                                         |
| Token ID       | `0.0.456858`                                 |
| EVM Address    | `0x000000000000000000000000000000000006F89A` |

#### Where to Acquire USDC

You can obtain Hedera Native USDC from the following sources:

Option A: Decentralized Exchange (DEX)

If you already have HBAR, this is the fastest method.

* \[SaucerSwap]: Swap your HBAR directly for USDC (`0.0.456858`).

Option B: Centralized Exchanges (CEX)

You can buy USDC on these major exchanges and withdraw it directly to your Hedera address. Ensure you select the Hedera (HBAR) network during withdrawal.

* Crypto.com
* Binance
* Gate.io

> Note: When withdrawing from a CEX to your personal wallet, you generally do not need a "Memo" tag, but always double-check the exchange's specific instructions.

***

### 4. Place Your First Trade

Once your wallet is connected and funded with USDC:

1. Navigate to the Markets page.
2. Select an event that interests you (e.g., "Will Bitcoin hit $100k?").
3. Choose your position: YES or NO.
4. Enter your Limit Price (the probability you are willing to pay, e.g., 0.60 for 60%) and the Amount of USDC you want to wager.
5. Click "Place Order" and approve the transaction in your wallet.

# Overview

## ⚙️ Protocol Overview

Prism Market is a decentralized prediction market protocol that runs on the Hedera network. It allows trading on binary outcomes using a Central Limit Order Book (CLOB) structure. This setup provides a fast and clear way to forecast future events.&#x20;

Prism aims to be the "Truth Layer" of the Hedera ecosystem. It combines global sentiment into precise, real-time probabilities.

### Core Architecture: The Hybrid Model

Prism combines the speed of Web2 matching with the security and transparency of Web3 settlement.&#x20;

* Off-Chain Matching: Orders are matched almost instantly by a high-performance off-chain engine. This removes the delays and gas fees linked to on-chain order books, ensuring a smooth trading experience similar to centralized exchanges.&#x20;
* On-Chain Settlement: While matching takes place off-chain, all trade execution and redemption are completed using the Hedera Smart Contract Service (HSCS). This keeps the protocol non-custodial and ensures that settlement cannot be changed.&#x20;
* Auditable History: Market creation and important events are logged through the Hedera Consensus Service (HCS), creating a verifiable, tamper-proof record of all market activity.

### Market Mechanics

#### Binary Outcomes & Collateral

Each market on Prism is binary, consisting of YES and NO shares backed by USDC collateral.

* Share Value: Prices float between $0.00 and $1.00, representing the market's estimated probability of the event occurring (e.g., a share price of 0.65 implies a 65% probability).
* Settlement: Upon resolution, winning shares are redeemable for 1.00 USDC, while losing shares become worth 0 USDC.

### CLOB vs. AMM

Unlike Automated Market Makers (AMMs) that use bonding curves, Prism uses a Central Limit Order Book (CLOB). Prices are discovered through direct competition between buyers and sellers. This model is preferred for prediction markets as it allows for tighter spreads and more accurate probability discovery without the "impermanent loss" often found in AMMs.

### Fee Structure

Prism utilizes a unique revenue model designed to encourage maximum trading activity.

* 0% Interface Fees: There are no fees applied to buying or selling position tokens. Users can enter and exit positions freely without friction.
* Protocol Redemption Fee: Protocol revenue is captured exclusively when a market concludes. At resolution, a 2% fee is applied to the Total Value Locked (TVL) within that specific market. The remaining collateral pool is then made available for users to redeem their winning position tokens.
* Alignment: This model ties protocol revenue to successful market resolution rather than extracting value from order flow, keeping the trading experience fee-neutral until the event concludes.

{% hint style="info" %}
Note: The 0% interface fee is designed to support early protocol growth. This rate is subject to future adjustment by Prism Market Labs.
{% endhint %}

### Permissionless Creation & Resolution

* Creation: Market creation is permissionless, allowing any user to propose markets on the protocol.
* Resolution: To ensure integrity, outcomes are resolved using multiple oracle providers, guaranteeing that the data used to settle markets is accurate and resistant to manipulation.

# Single Sided Staking

Staking enables you to participate in the protocol's Safety Module by exchanging $PRSM for $xPRSM.

### The xPRSM Model

xPRSM is a liquid receipt token that represents your share of the staking pool. Its value is derived from a dynamic exchange rate rather than manual distributions.

* No Claiming: You do not need to manually manage or claim tokens.
* Ratio Mechanics: As additional PRSM flows into the xPRSM Smart Contract, the total amount of PRSM backing each xPRSM token increases.
* Result: The conversion rate rises over time.

### Value Accrual Mechanics

The increase in the PRSM-to-xPRSM ratio is driven by token inflows from two specific sources.

#### Phase 1: Bootstrapping (Launch)

Initially, the staking pool balance increases via Community Incentives (Emissions).

* New tokens are emitted directly into the staking contract.
* This increases the total PRSM reserves in the pool without minting new xPRSM, causing the exchange rate to rise.

#### Phase 2: Protocol Revenue (Maturity)

As the protocol matures, emissions are tapered off and replaced by Protocol Revenue.

* The protocol uses the settlement fee to buy back PRSM on the open market.
* These purchased tokens are deposited into the staking contract.
* Effect: This mechanism ensures that protocol activity directly increases the amount of PRSM backing the circulating xPRSM supply.

### How to Stake

1. Stake: Deposit PRSM into the staking contract.
2. Receive: You instantly mint xPRSM at the current exchange rate.
3. Hold: As tokens are deposited into the pool via buybacks & emissions, the redemption value of your xPRSM increases relative to PRSM.
4. Unstake: Burn xPRSM to redeem your PRSM at the current conversion rate.

# Liquidity Mining (Limit Order Mining)

## ⛏️ Limit Order Mining (LOM)

Prism utilizes a specialized liquidity incentive program known as Limit Order Mining (LOM). Unlike Automated Market Makers (AMMs) that reward passive deposits, Prism’s LOM is designed for a Central Limit Order Book (CLOB). It rewards users who actively provide high-quality, two-sided limit orders that improve the trading experience.

#### Why Limit Order Mining?

Prediction markets rely on accurate probabilities, which requires tight spreads and deep liquidity. The LOM system incentivizes liquidity providers (LPs) to:

* Maintain tight spreads (orders close to the mid-price).
* Provide significant depth (size).
* Ensure consistent uptime (quoting continuously).

***

### How It Works

The LOM system operates on fixed-length bi-weekly Epochs rather than resolving rewards only when a market ends.

#### 1. Snapshotting

During an epoch, a backend service continuously monitors the order book. It takes frequent snapshots of all open orders, recording the price, size, and account associated with every bid and ask.

#### 2. The Q-Score (Liquidity Quality)

At the end of an epoch, the protocol calculates a Liquidity Quality Score (Q-Score) for each participant. This score is not a simple volume metric; it is a hierarchical calculation based on three tiers of importance:

* Tier 1 (Critical): Spread & Uptime
  * Spread Tightness: How close your order is to the market mid-price. Tighter orders earn significantly higher scores.
  * Uptime: How consistently you quote. Gaps in presence reduce your score drastically.
* Tier 2 (Important): Posted Size
  * The depth of liquidity you provide. While size is important, it is weighted less than spread to prevent whales from dominating with wide, useless orders.
* Tier 3 (Bonus): Execution
  * A mild multiplier applied if your maker orders are actually filled (traded against). This ensures the liquidity provided is "real" and useful to traders.

#### 3. Reward Allocation

Prism emits a fixed budget of **$PRSM** tokens per epoch. Rewards are distributed proportionally based on your share of the total Q-Score in a specific market.

The formula for your reward in a specific market ($$m$$) is:

$$
\text{Reward}*i = \left( \frac{Q*{i,m}}{Q\_{total,m}} \right) \times \text{Epoch Budget}\_m
$$

* $$Q\_{i,m}$$: Your specific Q-Score for the epoch.
* $$Q\_{total,m}$$: The sum of all Q-Scores from all participants in that market.
* **Epoch Budget**: The total amount of $PRSM allocated to that specific market by Governance.

***

### Incentivized Markets & LOM Control

Because market creation on Prism is permission-less, it is neither practical nor desirable to incentivize every market equally. Instead, the selection of incentivized markets is treated as a core governance function.

This structure allocates emissions efficiently and aligns incentives among stakeholders:

* Selection: The Prism DAO periodically identifies a subset of active markets eligible for LOM emissions.
* Weighting: Governance assigns each selected market an emission weight, expressed as a percentage share of the total LOM budget for the epoch. The sum of all weights must equal 100%.

> Example: If the daily LOM budget is 10,000 PRSM:
>
> * A market with a 10% weight receives 1,000 PRSM per day.
> * A market with a 4% weight receives 400 PRSM per day.
>
> This allows the community to direct liquidity toward flagship events (e.g., "US Election") while leaving niche markets unincentivized.

# Prism Points Campaign

The Prism Points Campaign is a 12-month incentive program designed to bootstrap liquidity and reward high-conviction traders during the protocol's first year.

Unlike volume-based programs that encourage wash trading, Prism Points are awarded based on Net Capital at Risk. We reward users who take a stance and hold it, aligning incentives with accurate price discovery.

#### Campaign Budget & Schedule

The program allocates 1,000,000 $PRSM (1.0% of Total Supply) from the Community Incentives bucket. This budget is distributed across three distinct "Seasons" to concentrate rewards during the highest-growth windows.

| **Season** | **Duration** | **Allocation** | **Status** |
| ---------- | ------------ | -------------- | ---------- |
| Season 1   | Months 1-4   | 400,000 $PRSM  | *Upcoming* |
| Season 2   | Months 5-8   | 350,000 $PRSM  | *TBA*      |
| Season 3   | Months 9-12  | 250,000 $PRSM  | *TBA*      |

{% hint style="info" %}
Note: Points are an abstraction that maps to a fixed $PRSM budget. At the end of each season, your points are converted to $PRSM tokens pro-rata based on your share of the total points pool.
{% endhint %}

#### How to Earn: The "Unhedged" Rule

To prevent manipulation and "hedge-farming" (where a user buys both YES and NO to generate fake volume), Prism utilizes an Unhedged Adjusted Cost Basis (ACB) scoring model.

Points are only finalized at Market Resolution.

You do not earn points for simply flipping shares. You earn points for the net exposure you hold when the market settles.

**The Formula**

<p align="center"></p>

<p align="center"><span class="math">Points = (Winning Shares - Losing Shares) \times Average Cost Basis</span></p>

<p align="center"></p>

* Winning Shares: The number of shares you hold for the correct outcome.
* Losing Shares: The number of shares you hold for the incorrect outcome (deducted to find net exposure).
* Average Cost Basis: The price you paid for your winning position.

**Examples**

* Scenario A (Pure Conviction): You buy 100 YES shares at $0.60. You hold until resolution. YES wins.
  * Calculation: `(100 - 0) * 0.60` = 60 Points.
* Scenario B (Hedged/Farming): You buy 100 YES and 100 NO to farm volume.
  * Calculation: `(100 - 100) * Cost` = 0 Points.
* Scenario C (Partial Hedge): You hold 100 YES and 20 NO. YES wins.
  * Calculation: `(100 - 20) * Cost` = Points on your net 80 shares.

#### Prism Power Multipliers

Your total points earning rate is determined by a simple "Base + Boost" formula. Every user starts with a Base Rate of 1.0x, and holding Prism NFTs adds a stackable "Boost" on top of that base.

<p align="center"><span class="math">Total \ Rate = 1.0 \ (Base) + \sum (NFT \ Boosts)</span></p>

| **NFT Tier** | **Bonus Boost** | **Total Single Rate** |
| ------------ | --------------- | --------------------- |
| Base User    | --              | 1.00x                 |
| Emerald      | + 0.05x         | 1.05x                 |
| Ruby         | + 0.40x         | 1.40x                 |
| Diamond      | + 1.10x         | 2.10x                 |

> Example: A user holding one Diamond (+1.1x) and one Ruby (+0.40x) would have a total effective multiplier of 2.50x on their base points.

#### Anti-Farming Guardrails

To ensure fairness, the following rules apply:

1. Resolution-Only Scoring: Points are calculated based on the snapshot taken at market resolution. Selling your position before the event concludes forfeits the points associated with that capital.
2. No Wash Trading: Fully hedged positions (holding equal YES and NO shares) generate zero points.
3. Anti-Sniping: Exposure opened in the final window (e.g., last 24 hours) of a market may be subject to reduced point generation to prevent last-minute capital dumping.

# Overview

Governance

## DAO

The Prism DAO governs the protocol's economic parameters, specifically Limit Order Mining (LOM) incentives, protocol fee switches, and treasury allocations. It operates as a decentralized system where $PRSM token holders vote directly on-chain to determine the protocol's strategic direction.

### Governance Scope

The DAO is responsible for high-level economic decisions rather than day-to-day management. Its mandate explicitly includes:

* **Limit Order Mining (LOM)**: The DAO retains the power to amend the LOM reward structure, including adjusting the total epoch budget, changing emission schedules, or modifying the eligibility criteria for incentivized markets.
* **Tokenomics**: Any significant changes to $PRSM tokenomics proposed by Prism Labs Team—such as vesting schedule alterations, must be ratified by a DAO vote.
* **Treasury Management**: The DAO actively governs the protocol's financial assets. This includes activating or adjusting protocol fees and determining the allocation of revenue towards $PRSM buybacks.
* **Ecosystem Grants**: Approving funding for CEX listings, community tools, and marketing initiatives.

***

### Voting Mechanics

Governance utilizes a token-weighted voting model. A user's voting power is calculated automatically at the time of the vote by summing their liquid balance and the value of their staked assets.

$$
\text{Voting Power} = \text{PRSM Balance} + (x\text{PRSM} \times \text{Conversion Rate})
$$

* PRSM Balance: The number of governance tokens held in the user's wallet.
* xPRSM: The number of liquid staking tokens held by the user.
* Conversion Rate: The current exchange rate at which xPRSM can be converted back to PRSM.

> Note: All votes are cast via the Hedera Consensus Service (HCS), ensuring every vote is immutable, verifiable, and recorded on-chain.

***

### Proposal Categories & Timelines

The governance process is split into two distinct tracks to balance speed with security.

#### 1. Limit Order Mining Rewards

Designed for speed. This process allows the protocol to rapidly incentivize new markets or adjust weights for live events.

* Duration: 24 Hours
* Scope: Limit Order Mining rewards adjustments.
* Process: Immediate On-Chain Vote -> Execution.
* Requirements: 1M voting power for enactment&#x20;

#### 2. Core Proposals (Standard)

Designed for security and deliberation. This track is used for all non-LOM decisions, such as Treasury spends, Fee Switch toggles, or Protocol Upgrades.

* Scope: Treasury, Ecosystem, Tokenomics, Upgrades.
* Total Duration: 4 Days

Phase 1: The Signal (Discussion)

* Duration: 1 Day
* Venue: Governance Forum
* Details: Proposals begin as a "Request for Comment" (RFC) to gather community feedback. This phase filters out low-quality proposals before they move to a formal vote.

Phase 2: The Proposal (Temperature Check)

* Duration: 1 Day
* Venue: Prism Interface (On-Chain)
* Details: Proposals that garner support are submitted formally. To prevent spam, the proposer must meet a minimum Voting Power threshold. This stage acts as a "temperature check" to confirm broad backing.
* Requirements: 500k voting power for Phase 3

Phase 3: The Election (Binding Vote)

* Duration: 2 Days
* Venue: Prism Interface (On-Chain)
* Details: The final binding vote. If an Election meets Quorum (minimum participation) and receives a Majority (>50%), it is ratified.
* Requirements: 1.5M voting power for enactment

# Overview

## $PRSM Tokenomics

$PRSM is a transferable representation of designated utility functions outlined in the Prism Market protocol’s code. These functions include governance, liquidity, and staking.

* Governance: $PRSM will serve as voting power in the Prism DAO, enabling token holders to create and vote on proposals affecting the ecosystem. These proposals encompass protocol upgrades, parameter adjustments, incentive alignment, and other significant decisions. For more information, see [\[Governance\]](/governance/overview).
* Liquidity: The Prism Treasury smart contract, serving as both the treasury account and supply key for $PRSM, governs its minting and distribution. $PRSM minted by this contract are used to incentivize liquidity provision on Prism Market and external DEXs (e.g., SaucerSwap). For more information, see [\[Liquidity Mining\]](/protocol/liquidity-mining-limit-order-mining).
* Staking: $PRSM tokens allow users to participate in staking activities, offering them a share of settlement fees and emissions through the Safety Module. For more information, see [\[Single-Sided Staking\]](/protocol/single-sided-staking).

### Initial Supply

A total of 20 million $PRSM tokens are initially released. Tokens in the Liquidity category are seeded into DEX pools, while those in the NFT Sale category are distributed to eligible participants of the Initial NFT Offering (INO).

#### 💧 Liquidity (2%)

2% of the max supply (2 million $PRSM) is converted to liquidity positions (PRSM/HBAR and PRSM/USDC), which are subsequently locked for 1 year to ensure trading stability.

#### 🖼️ NFT Sale (18%)

18% of the max supply (18 million $PRSM) is distributed to community members holding Prism Market NFTs based on the tier of NFT held

| Category  | Number of Tokens  | % of Initial Supply | % of Max Supply |

# Testnet Guide

## Prism Market: Testnet Guide

Welcome to the official testnet guide for the Prism Market Protocol. This step-by-step guide will walk you through funding your wallet, placing your first trades, and helping us test the protocol's mechanics before our mainnet launch.

#### Step 1: Set Up a Hedera Testnet Wallet

If you do not already have one, you will need to create a Hedera-compatible Web3 wallet (such as HashPack). Ensure your wallet network is explicitly set to the Hedera Testnet environment.

#### Step 2: Claim Testnet USDC

Prism Market utilizes USDC for all collateral and settlement. To fund your testnet wallet:

1. Associate Testnet USDC token ID: 0.0.429274
2. Navigate to the [Circle Faucet](https://faucet.circle.com/).
3. Select Hedera from the network dropdown menu.
4. Enter your Hedera Testnet Account ID (e.g., `0.0.xxxxxx`).
5. Click submit to receive 20 testnet USDC.&#x20;

*Note: You can return to the faucet to claim an additional 20 USDC every 2 hours.*

#### Step 3: Connect to Prism Market

Once your wallet is funded, head over to the Prism Market testing environment:

* Go to [testnet.prism.market](https://testnet.prism.market/)
* Click Connect Wallet in the top right corner and approve the connection.

#### Step 4: Test the Protocol

Now that you are connected, it is time to interact with the Central Limit Order Book (CLOB). Try executing the following actions:

* Find a Market: Browse the active markets and select an event you want to trade on.
* Place a Limit Order: Submit a YES or NO limit order at your desired price. Wait for another user to take the opposite side and match your order.
* Track Your Portfolio: Navigate to the "Portfolio" tab to view your active orders and current position shares.
* Engage: Utilize the comment section on the market page to participate in the public discourse regarding that specific event.

#### Step 5: Provide Feedback

Your testing is vital to our mainnet success. If you encounter any bugs, UI glitches, or have suggestions for improving the user experience, please let the team know!

Submit your feedback and bug reports in our Discord or email: <info@prism.market>

# Bug Bounty

Security is a top priority for Prism Market. We're running a Bug Bounty Program to encourage responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities before mainnet launch.

This is a **testnet campaign** — mainnet is not yet live. Test at [testnet.prism.market](https://testnet.prism.market). You will need a Hedera Testnet account to participate.

### Scope

* Prism smart contract on Hedera testnet (HSCS)
* Prism public API (gRPC)
* Prism [testnet interface](https://testnet.prism.market)

Out of scope:

* Prism mainnet contracts and production environment
* Components not yet deployed
* Hedera network primitives (HSCS, HCS, HTS, mirror nodes, consensus nodes) — report to the Hedera Foundation
* Third-party contracts not associated with Prism (USDC contract, wallet vendors, INO platform)
* Third-party applications integrating with Prism contracts
* Known issues from previous audits or prior bounty submissions
* DoS/DDoS attacks against testnet infrastructure
* Phishing, or social engineering
* Issues requiring a malicious admin or compromised owner key
* Theoretical vulnerabilities without a proof of concept on testnet

### Rewards

Severity is based on the [OWASP Risk Rating Methodology](https://owasp.org/www-community/OWASP_Risk_Rating_Methodology).

* **Critical:** Issues that could impact numerous users and have serious financial implications — e.g. draining USDC escrow, locking contracts permanently, or taking collateral from all participants.
* **High:** Issues that impact individual users or specific markets with reputational, legal, or moderate financial risk.
* **Medium:** Relatively small risk that does not directly threaten user funds.
* **Informational:** No immediate risk, but relevant to security best practices.

Prism Market Labs determines rewards based on severity and exploitation potential. Rewards may be disbursed in Prism NFTs or a mix of NFTs and other compensation.

### Disclosure

Submit reports through the official submission form:

📋 [**Bug Bounty Submission Form**](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Fp0rijsFs4D4lG0jEAukByGvFpX6ZVtwOFlFjpsBuQ8/edit)

An acknowledgment will be sent within two to three business days. Do not disclose bugs publicly until resolved and permitted by Prism Market Labs.

Include as much detail as possible:

* Conditions required for reproducing the bug
* Step-by-step guide or proof of concept for reproduction
* Potential consequences if exploited
* Suggested remediation (optional)

Anyone who reports a unique, previously-unreported vulnerability that leads to a code or configuration change — and keeps it confidential until resolved — will be rewarded.

### Eligibility

To be eligible for a reward, you must:

1. **Uniqueness:** Discover a previously unreported vulnerability within scope.
2. **First Disclosure:** Be the first to report it through the submission form.
3. **Detailed Reporting:** Provide enough information for our engineers to reproduce and fix the issue.
4. **No Exploitation:** Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what's needed to demonstrate it. Testing must stay on Hedera testnet.
5. **No Public Disclosure:** Do not share the vulnerability publicly or with third parties without our approval.
6. **Ethical Conduct:** Avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service disruption. Only target wallets, accounts, and markets you control.
7. **Lawful Behavior:** No threats, demands, or unlawful conduct.
8. **Age:** Must be 18+, or participate with parental consent.
9. **Legal Compliance:** Cannot be subject to U.S. or applicable sanctions, or reside in a sanctioned country.
10. **Non-Affiliation:** Cannot be a current or former employee, vendor, contractor, or auditor who worked on the affected code.

### Other Terms

By submitting a report, you grant Prism Market Labs the rights to validate and resolve the vulnerability. All reward decisions are at our sole discretion. Program terms may change at any time.
